Climate Impact Lead at Stegra. Podcaster. Writer. Working at the intersection of sustainability, leadership, and what it means to build something that matters.
I lead climate impact work at Stegra (formerly H2 Green Steel), where we're building one of Europe's first large-scale green steel plants. Before that, 13 years in management consulting, always at the intersection of sustainability and strategy.
Outside of work, I co-host two podcasts, write about leadership and vulnerability, and spend time with my family in Stockholm. Finnish heritage, Swedish roots, working-class values.
Led the development of Stegra's landmark agreement with Microsoft introducing Environmental Attribute Certificates (EACs) to the steel industry for the first time. A new market mechanism that decouples the green value of near-zero emission steel, helping finance the transition.
Leading climate strategy, net-zero planning, and GHG performance for Europe's largest green steel investment. Clients include Microsoft, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, IKEA, and Cargill.
From oil & gas consulting to green steel. 13 years at Cordial, rising from consultant to Director. International strategy, business architecture, and sustainability transformation.
Co-host of I tolfte timmen (w/ Gustaf Skarsgård) and Alkispodden (210+ episodes). Speaker at New York Climate Week, Davos, United Nations Climate Conference in Bonn, and London Climate Action Week. Writer on loving leadership and corporate sobriety.
