I lead climate impact work at Stegra (formerly H2 Green Steel), where we're building one of Europe's first large-scale green steel plants. Before that, 13 years in management consulting, always at the intersection of sustainability and strategy.
Outside of work, I co-host two podcasts, write about leadership and vulnerability, and spend time with my family in Stockholm. Finnish heritage, Swedish roots, working-class values.
